Your main dashboard displays a live view of who's checked in today, who's on break, who's checked out, and who's absent. Updates in real-time as employees check in/out.
Managing Late Check-Ins
View Late Arrivals
The system flags any check-ins after the scheduled start time. You can review and take appropriate action.
Late Approval/Adjustment
If an employee was delayed for valid reasons, you can approve the late check-in or adjust the time manually.
Managing Absences

Identify Absent Employee
The attendance dashboard shows employees who didn't check in by end of start time

Click on Employee
Click the absent employee to view details

Mark Status
You can mark them as: Absent (unexcused), On Leave (if pre-approved), or manually record a check-in

Add Notes
Optionally add notes about the absence for record-keeping

Save Record
The absence is recorded and included in reports and compliance documentation
