Trashed Files
Manage deleted files — restore accidentally removed files or permanently purge them from the system.
Managing Deleted Files
The Trashed Files page shows all files that have been deleted or archived. From here, you can restore files you accidentally deleted or permanently remove them if they're no longer needed. This provides data recovery protection and document management control.
Understanding Trashed Files
When a file is deleted from your file system, it doesn't disappear immediately. Instead, it moves to the trash where it remains recoverable for a specified grace period. This safety measure protects against accidental deletions and gives you time to decide on permanent removal.
Searching and Filtering Trashed Files
Search by File Name
Type in the search box to find a specific deleted file by name or keywords.
Sort by Deletion Date
Sort the list by when files were deleted to locate recently removed files easily.
Apply Filters
Use additional filters to narrow results by file type or time period.
