SUPER ADMIN GUIDE
Company Logs
A running audit trail of every system-level event that happens to a company record — who changed what, and when.
Understanding Company Logs
The Logs page under Companies gives Super Admins a chronological audit trail of company-level events — for example, a company being set to active, deactivated, or otherwise updated by the system or an admin.
Reading a Log Entry
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | The exact date and time the event occurred |
| Company Name | Which company the event relates to |
| Severity Badge | An INFO badge marks a standard, non-critical system event |
| Event Type | A short system code describing what happened (for example, a company being set to active) |
| Performed By | The admin or system account responsible for the change |
| View | Click View on any row to see full details of that log entry |
Why It Matters
- Trace exactly when a company's status changed and who made the change
- Investigate unexpected activity on a company account
- Provide an audit trail for compliance or support requests
Tip: Logs are listed newest-first, so the most recent activity for any company always appears at the top of the list.
