Imported Companies (Odoo)
View and manage companies imported from your Odoo ERP system directly into Techsup Track.
Managing Odoo Imports
The Imported Companies (Odoo) page displays all companies that have been synced from your Odoo ERP system into Techsup Track. This integration allows for seamless data flow between the two platforms.
The Imported Companies Table

| 1 | Company Name | The company's registered name as it appears in Odoo |
| 2 | Commercial Register | The company's commercial registration number |
| 3 | Tax Number | Tax ID or VAT number from the Odoo record |
| 4 | Contact Number | The company's registered phone number |
| 5 | Employees Count | How many employees are linked to this company in Odoo |
| 6 | The company's registered email address | |
| 7 | Contract Start Date | When the company's contract begins |
| 8 | Contract End Date | When the company's contract ends (if set) |
| 9 | Contract Total | The total value of the company's contract |
| 10 | Payment Status | Current payment status in the Odoo system |
Key Actions
Import New
Click Import New to sync the latest companies from your Odoo system. This pulls any new or updated companies into Techsup Track.
Export Not Valid Companies
Click this button to export a list of companies with validation errors — for example, missing required fields or format issues — so you can review and fix them in Odoo before re-importing.
Delete All
Removes all currently imported companies from Techsup Track. This action cannot be undone — use with caution and only when you intend to clear and re-import the entire Odoo company list.
If no companies have been imported yet, the table shows "No imported companies found." Click Import New to bring in your first batch of companies from Odoo.
